The rub held in the moisture perfectly and the BBQ sauce added that extra flavor to make it perfect. The moister isn’t as much as doing a covered frying pan, but there is plenty in each bite. The chicken turned out so well, that I made it again for my brother and his wife when they came over to babysit. I bought some Mt. Olive Bread and Butter pickle chips for the sandwiches and now my brother is now hooked on them as well.

Instructions
Preferably do this from 2 hours to the night before using to let the rub marinate the chicken. Wash and cut each breast in half (I sliced them so that they spread out, but cutting them in half would be easier). Place cut breasts into a gallon plastic Ziploc bag. Add the oil and chicken rub to the melted butter and stir together until it is nicely mixed. Pour the rub mixture into the bag and shake around to make sure that all the chicken is covered. Place bag in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
Since everyone cooks on the grill their own favorite way, depending on how their grill works, the following instructions are not absolute. For my grill, I heated up the grill on high for 3-5 minutes, then turn the burners to just below the lowest setting. Then I placed the chicken breasts on the grill and used a fork to cover them with the BBQ sauce (you can do this ahead of time for the first side). I let the chicken cook on one side for about 3 minutes, then I flipped them over and put on more BBQ sauce. I then let the chicken cook for about 7 minutes. To make sure everything was cooked correctly, I flipped them one more time and sliced the middle to see if they were done.
After the breasts are done, put them on the bun and add your favorite toppings.
