The Abs diet is the best diet I have ever been on. I started the diet exactly 1 year ago, right before Thanksgiving. I went from approximately 230 lbs to 195 lbs between November and April. Since April, I have maintained 195lbs. This diet completely changed the way I eat and I have not had the desire to go back to my old eating habits.
My favorite recipe is the Egg Sandwich. 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed. Cook egg on skillet with a little Pam. Place on 1 piece of multigrain bread cut in half, add 1 slice of canadian bacon and (my favorite) 1 tablespoon of fat free miracle whip and a dash of brown mustard. This sandwich and a glass of orange juice makes a great breakfast.
