When I’m flipping through the cooking magazines, I can’t seem to veer my focus away from the desserts.  I’ll need to stay away from those before the wedding, so I can make sure I fit into my dress.  I don’t want to look like a stuffed sausage in my dress.  But I have a few desserts in mind that I’d like to try in the near future.  I think I’ll try to make Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie for Thanksgiving dessert this year.  Paula Dean’s recipe seems to be a popular one for this.
